用不同剂量的Hantaan 病毒(76-118株)悬液,对非疫区黑线姬鼠在不显性破损的表皮进行实验感染。结果证明:5ID_(50)/ml Hantaan 病毒悬液可通过不显性破损的表皮感染,其感染率与感染剂量浓度呈高度正相关,进一步证实通过破损皮肤传播是EHF 的主要传播途径。
Different doses of Hantaan virus (76-118 strains) suspension were used to test the non-dominantly damaged epidermis in the non-infected Apodemus agrarius. The results showed that: 5ID_ (50) / ml Hantaan virus suspension can be infected by non-dominantly damaged epidermis, the infection rate and infection dose concentration was highly positive correlation, further evidence of transmission through the damaged skin is the main route of transmission of EHF.
