前不久,喜闻一批老外交官们组织起来写文章。他们抒发情怀,思考问题,总结经验,回忆外交生涯中的成败得失,讲述各种各样的外交故事。这就是“外交笔会”。本刊趋之讨稿,就像去承接一笔厚重的财富。感谢“外交笔会”的老同志们慷慨赐稿,这就首先有了以下这篇连载。本刊并借用“外交笔会”的称号,开辟“外交笔会”栏目,荟萃有关外交题材的各类文章,在新的一年里奉献给读者。——编者
Not long ago, I heard a group of foreign diplomats organized to write articles. They express their feelings, think about problems, sum up their experiences, recall successes and failures in diplomatic career, and tell all kinds of diplomatic stories. This is the “Diplomatic PEN conference.” The journal discussion, like to undertake a heavy fortune.
