8月21日,我第一次见到了参加这次农村幼儿园培训项目的300多位教师。她们分别来自三江县的14个乡镇,质朴的脸庞、爽朗的笑声、动听的歌声给我留下了深刻的印象。最令我感动的是,有的教师怀抱着嗷嗷待哺的婴儿,有的已是满头白发,他们都顶着36度的高温来参加培训。休息时,我与他们交谈,了解了当地幼儿园教育教学的现状。当地的一些幼儿园为了迎合家长的需求,教学活动以写字、认字、做算术题为主。农村地区很多幼儿园教师没有接受过专业
On August 21, for the first time, I met more than 300 teachers attending this Kindergarten Training Program in rural China. They come from Sanjiang County, 14 townships, rustic face, hearty laughter, sweet songs left a deep impression on me.
