党的十一届三中全会以后,浙江省工商联与民建浙江省委会开始筹办钱江业余学校。原杭州华丰造纸厂副厂长詹少文和陆成章、钱志勤挑起了筹备工作的重任。他们团结了一批退休的工商界人士担任教学和教务人员。詹少文把落实政策补发的四万元捐献出来,金志朗、王漱芳、黄瑞琳各捐款二万元,合计10万元用作办学基金,学校很快于1979年4月诞生了。
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce and Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee of China Democratic National Construction Commission started the construction of Qianjiang Amateur School. Zhan Shaowen and Lu Chengzhang, deputy chief directors of Hangzhou Huafeng Paper Mill, Qian Zhijin provoked the important task of preparatory work. They unite a group of retired business people as teaching and teaching staff. Zhan Shaowen donated 40,000 yuan for implementing the policy reissue. Each of Kim Chi Long, Wang Shufang and Huang Ruilin donated 20,000 yuan for a total of 100,000 yuan for running a school fund. The school was soon born in April 1979.
