校本教研是基于学校实际开展的教研活动,具有针对性强、效果明显的特点,是教师成长的主要平台,也是学校可持续发展的强劲动力。校本教研工作开展得是否有效,直接影响到学校的教育教学质量和长远发展。故城县郑口第一小学努力打造校本教研特色,取得了不错的效果。
