本文从教材对语文教育改革的影响及中职语文教材的现状入手,探索了“以就业为导向”的中职语文课程和教材观念,进而对“以就业为导向”的中职语文教材建设提出了新的思考:①中职语文教材建设需要强调培育学生可持续发展能力;②以学生为主体,贯彻以“生”为本的教育教学理念;③构建“以就业为导向”、“以能力为本位”的中职语文教育模式和教材体系。
