为筛选敏感的杀虫药物,采用药膜法,以0.5%的敌敌畏,0.05%的敌敌畏、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯,对捕自现场繁殖一代的德国小蠊成虫进行杀灭试验,KT_(50)分别为2.72min,9.38min,55.98min和60.07min.两种浓度敌敌畏击倒速度明显优于氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯.氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯按1:3比例与八氯二丙醚(S_2)混配件后对试虫的KT_(50)分别为11.85min和21.75min,击倒速度明显提高.结果提示试虫对敌敌畏敏感,对氯菊酯氯氰菊酯敏感性下降,但与增效剂(S_2)混配可提高敏感性.
In order to screen sensitive insecticides, KT50 (50) was used to kill adult German cockroaches caught in the field with 0.5% of dichlorvos, 0.05% of dichlorvos, permethrin and cypermethrin.
