使用0.1%、0.5%和1.0%浓度的ACQ防腐药液对杨木进行常压浸渍和加压处理,研究其载药量和浸渍深度。结果表明,随着ACQ浓度的增加,载药量随之增加,且影响显著。常压下用1%浓度的ACQ浸渍杨木72 h,载药量可达到国家标准规定的C1级使用要求。渗透深度与浓度呈负相关,浓度越高,渗透深度越小。在相同浓度下,径向、弦向的渗透性差异不显著。与常压处理材相比,速生杨木加压处理后,轴向、径向和弦向的渗透性均得到了不同程度的改善,且两者之间差异显著。
Poplar wood was subjected to atmospheric pressure impregnation and pressurization with ACQ antiseptic solution at concentrations of 0.1%, 0.5% and 1.0% to study its drug loading and impregnation depth. The results showed that with the increase of ACQ concentration, drug loading increased with significant effect. Poplar with 1% ACQ at atmospheric pressure for 72 h can reach the level C1 requirements of national standards. Penetration depth and concentration were negatively correlated, the higher the concentration, the smaller the penetration depth. At the same concentration, there is no significant difference in radial and chordal permeability. Compared with the normal-pressure treated wood, the penetration of poplar and poplar wood in the axial direction and the radial direction are all improved to some extent, and the difference between them is significant.
