目的研究百杀净雾化剂在集装箱内的杀虫灭鼠效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、SD大鼠和ICR小鼠为试验对象,使用超微粒雾化机分别向空集装箱和重集装箱内喷百杀净雾化剂,进行杀虫灭鼠效果现场试验。结果在空集装箱和重集装箱现场试验中,百杀净雾化剂对淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、SD大鼠、ICR小鼠1 h击倒率均为100%(2400/2400、2400/2400、1800/1800、120/120、120/120),24 h(德国小蠊为72 h)死亡率亦均为100%(2400/2400、2400/2400、1800/1800、120/120、120/120)。结论百杀净雾化剂具有快速杀灭蚊、蝇、蜚蠊和鼠的效果,值得进一步研究与推广应用。
Objective To study the insecticidal and anti-rodent killing effect of nebula nebulizer in container. Methods Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica, SD rats and ICR mice were used as experimental objects. Ultrafine atomizer was used to spray 100% nebulizer into empty containers and heavy containers respectively, Mouse effect field test. Results In the field experiments of empty containers and heavy containers, the killing rates of 100% nebulizer on Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica, SD rats and ICR mice were 100% (2400/2400, 2400 / 2400,1800 / 1800,120 / 120,120 / 120) and 24 h (Blattella germanica 72 h) were all 100% (2400 / 2400,2400 / 2400,1800 / 1800,120 / 120 , 120/120). Conclusion Baijiao nebulizer has the effect of quickly killing mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and mice, which deserves further research and popularization and application.
