010医用制氧粉(以下简称制氧粉)是一种投入水中能立即产生氧气的化学性产氧粉剂。国外于1982年有研制报告及商品,国内于1985年首先由华中理工大学化学系王海龙、钱晓良合成。本实验观察制氧粉氧急性吸入后的生物效应及对心血管、呼吸道、肝、肾等重要脏器的影响。 一、方法与结果 制氧粉产氧的方法:将该粉的两种成份按一定比例(产氧底物:催化剂=100:1,系重量比)投入水中(加水量则按产氧底物20份加水1份),所产氧气用纯氮混合成一定比例后供动物实验用。对照组用医用钢瓶氧(简称医用氧)。
