采用化学成分、力学性能、残余应力、断口以及金相等试验方法对GCr15SiMn压球辊崩裂原因进行分析。结果表明:锻造工艺不当,使材料严重脆化;回火时去应力不充分,使材料应力较大。材料的脆化及较大的应力导致压球辊最终的脆性断裂。
The reason of GCr15SiMn pressure roller cracking was analyzed by chemical composition, mechanical properties, residual stress, fracture and gold test method. The results show that the forging process is not suitable, which leads to the serious embrittlement of the material. When the tempering temperature is too low, the stress is not enough, which makes the material more stressful. The embrittlement of the material and the greater stress result in the final brittle fracture of the pressure roller.
