The sustained fermentation of the European sovereign debt crisis has been widespread concern of the public worldwide and the governments of all countries attach great importance. Many scholars are reflecting on the development mode of Europe and looking for the root causes of the debt crisis in Europe. Many of these experts and media think that high welfare leads to a higher financial burden but can not effectively increase the labor force participation rate and labor productivity.
