职工教育是生产的一部分,其所承担的培训任务与生产发展对于人才的需要,有直接的、密切的联系。制订职工教育的规则,离不开企业生产发展,特别是人才需求的规划。当前企业中,中级技术工人的培训是一个带有普遍性的急迫的课题,大力发展职工中等技术教育就成了职工教育的当务之急。王晓非同志这篇文章研究的是工人技术等级结构问题,对于厂矿企业制订技术工人培训计划,有一定的参考价值。从事职工教育的专职干部研究这个问题,也有助于参与职工培训计划的研究制订,故予以刊载。至于王晓非同志提出的测算方法是否科学,符不符合实际,作为一个学术问题,完全可以进行深入的探讨。本刊欢迎这方面的专门家,实际工作者提出自己的见解。
