目的:建立荔大前合剂的质量标准。方法:取荔大前合剂样品,采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对车前草做定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法[色谱柱:Agilent-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%醋酸(55∶45);检测波长:326 nm;进样量:20μL]测定蒙花苷含量。结果:荔大前合剂与车前草对照药材在TLC平板相应位置显现相同颜色的斑点,且阴性对照无干扰。蒙花苷在1.217~7.303μg/m L浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),加样回收率99.54%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便易行,准确性和专属性好,可用于荔大前合剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Li Da Qian Mixture. METHODS: The samples from Lai Da Qian Mixture were identified by TLC. The HPLC method was used for the determination of plantago (Column: Agilent-C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm , 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.5% acetic acid (55:45); detection wavelength: 326 nm; injection volume: 20μL]. Results: Li Daqian mixture and Psyllium herbs showed the same color spots in the corresponding position of TLC plate, and the negative control had no interference. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 1.217-7.303μg / m L (r = 0.999 6). The recovery was 99.54% (RSD = 1.5%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Lai Da Qian Mixture.
