本文以矿产勘查的投资风险为切入点,在结合矿产勘查投资高风险、高收益等特点的基础上,借鉴风险投资的相关理论,得出决定风险勘查投资成功的主要因素,力求揭示我国现阶段矿产勘查所面临的问题并提出科学的建议。
