本文在分析云南白药集团管控特点及其问题的基础上,提出了强化战略管理、完善财务管控和建设企业文化等改进集团管控的建议。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and problems of Yunnan Baiyao Group’s management and control, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the management and control of the group by strengthening strategic management, improving financial control and building corporate culture.
