1998年以来,中国人民银行采取了一系列措施,保证了货币供应量和贷款总量平稳增长。1998～2001年,广义货币供应量M_2分别增长15.4％、14.7％、14.0％和14.4％,今年7月末增长14.4％,广义货币增长始终比经济增长加物价上涨之和高7个百分点左右;全部金融机构贷款分别增加11491亿元、10846亿元、13346亿元和12912亿元,今年前7个月增加8919亿元,同比多增1325亿元,预计全年将超过1.4万亿元。
Since 1998, the People’s Bank of China has adopted a series of measures to ensure a steady increase in the total money supply and loans. From 1998 to 2001, broad money supply M_2 increased by 15.4%, 14.7%, 14.0% and 14.4% respectively, and increased by 14.4% at the end of July this year. The growth of broad money has always been about 7 percentage points higher than the sum of economic growth plus price increases; all Loans to financial institutions increased by 1.1441 trillion yuan, 1.0846 trillion yuan, 1.3346 trillion yuan and 1.2912 trillion yuan respectively, an increase of 891.9 billion yuan in the first seven months of this year, an acceleration of 132.5 billion yuan over the same period of the previous year and an estimated annual increase of 1.4 trillion yuan.
