研究了在冲天炉条件下里蠕化剂中各元素的作用，按照铸件壁厚对蠕化剂的不同要求，设计了不同蠕化剂的组元成分，研制成了两种稀土蠕化剂，采用简便的蠕化工艺，即可稳定地生产薄壁和厚壁蠕墨铸铁。
The effect of each element in the deoxidizer in the cupola was studied. According to the different requirements of the vermiculite on the wall thickness of the casting, the components of different vermiculites were designed and two kinds of rare earth vermiculite were developed. The easy-to-use process of vermicular compaction enables the stable production of thin and thick vermicular graphite cast iron.
