随着社会的发展,教育也相应的在完善。但是,在各个职高学校里仍然存在着大量的问题,对德育教学的不重视,导致学生们道德观念的缺失,以及对社会存在的隐形危害。职高学生年龄层次较低,是非分辨能力较弱,对待社会上发生的事情没有曲直分辨,容易产生跟风现象。这对于职高的班主任而言,任重而道远。那么,在面对稚嫩的青少年德育教育问题上,班主任便应采取爱心教育的方式。
With the development of society, education is correspondingly perfect. However, there are still a large number of problems in all vocational schools. The lack of attention to moral education leads to the lack of moral values and the invisible harm to the society. Vocational students have lower levels of age and are less able to resolve non-discrimination. There is no straightforward way to deal with what happens in the society, and it is easy to follow the trend. This is a long way to go for class teachers who are in high positions. Then, in the face of young adolescent moral education, the teacher should adopt a caring education.
