目的:了解宫颈癌患者Ezrin蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测120例宫颈癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达,并分析临床特征与Ezrin蛋白表达的相关性。结果:癌组织染色区域主要分布在胞浆(91.7%),Ezrin蛋白表达以“+++”为主(75.0%);癌旁正常组织的染色区域主要分布在胞膜(88.3%),Ezrin蛋白表达主要以“+”为主(63.3%),两者间的染色分布和Ezrin蛋白表达水平差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=216.667,P=0.000,χ2=130.174,P=0.000);癌组织与癌旁组织的Ezrin蛋白表达差异与癌症分期、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.600,P=0.006;χ2=11.299,P=0.001;χ2=4.216,P=0.040;χ2=11.299,P=0.001),而与患者年龄和肿瘤体积无关(χ2=1.444,P=0.230;χ2=0.862,P=0.353)。结论:Ezrin蛋白在宫颈癌中高表达,检测其表达水平有助于判断宫颈癌的恶性程度。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ezrin protein in 120 cases of cervical cancer and its adjacent tissues. The correlation between clinical features and Ezrin protein expression was analyzed. Results: The staining area of cancer tissue mainly distributed in the cytoplasm (91.7%), Ezrin protein expression was predominant in the “++++” (75.0%), and the staining area of adjacent normal tissues was mainly in the cytoplasm (88.3%). , And the expression of Ezrin was mainly in the “+” (63.3%). There was significant difference in the distribution of Ezrin and the expression of Ezrin (χ2 = 216.667, P = 0.000, χ2 = 130.174, P = 0.000). The difference of Ezrin protein expression between cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was related to the stage of cancer, differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 9.600, P = 0.006; χ2 = 11.299, P = 0.001; (Χ2 = 1.444, P = 0.230; χ2 = 0.862, P = 0.353). Conclusion: Ezrin protein is highly expressed in cervical cancer. To detect the expression level of Ezrin is helpful to judge the malignant degree of cervical cancer.
