本文叙述了冷拉不锈钢、耐热钢等合金无缝钢管的外模、芯径、镶块经采用煤油加氨气为原料的气体氰化新工艺,经处理后模具渗层厚度可达0.9毫米。碳氮浓度为:碳1%左右,氮0.3%左右。碳氮可以分别控制。与液体氰化模具传统工艺相比,提高寿命一倍左右,节省电耗50%,成本降低2/3。彻底解决了液体氰化造成的公害,大大改善了劳动条件。应用近三年来质量稳定、效果显著。
This article describes the outer cold-drawn stainless steel, heat-resistant steel and other alloy seamless steel pipe, core diameter, insert by kerosene plus ammonia as raw material gas cyanide new technology, the treated layer thickness of up to 0.9 mm .
