未成年人犯罪已经成为继毒品犯罪、环境污染之后的“第三大公害”。从法学视角来看,未成年人犯罪行为是各种因素相互作用的共同结果。标签式公众认识是在标签理论指导之下特定社会群体通过主导舆论及主流价值观对人的心理进行直接干预的群体性观点。这种群体性观点对处于生长发育期的未成年人的心理影响是直接而重大的。本文意在通过探寻标签式公众认识的来源对未成年人犯罪进行指导。
Juvenile delinquency has become the “third largest public hazard” after drug crimes and environmental pollution. From a legal point of view, juvenile delinquency is a common result of the interaction of various factors. Tagged public awareness is a group view of the specific social groups’ direct intervention in human psychology through dominant opinion and mainstream values under the guidance of labeling theory. This collectivistic view is immediate and significant for the psychological impact of minors in their growth and development. This article aims to guide juvenile delinquency by exploring sources of tagged public awareness.
