黎冰颖1977年生于广西柳州。2007年毕业于广西艺术学院,获文学硕士学位。现任教于广西艺术学院桂林中国画学院,为广西美术家协会会员。
Li Bingbing was born in Liuzhou, Guangxi in 1977. He graduated from Guangxi Arts Institute in 2007 with a master’s degree in literature. He currently teaches at Guangxi Academy of Art Guilin Chinese Painting Institute and is a member of Guangxi Artists Association.
