目的建立工作场所空气中甲醇和正己烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱法。方法甲醇经水、正己烷经二硫化碳解析后进样,经GDX-102玻璃柱和DB-5毛细管柱恒温分离,由FID检测。结果甲醇和正己烷分别在浓度范围为15.788 5μg/ml和65.5 705μg/ml~524.564μg/ml内线性关系良好,相关系数r分别为0.9 999和0.9 997,检出限分别为2.0μg/ml和0.15μg/ml,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%。结论该方法适用于工作场所空气中甲醇和正己烷的检测。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption gas chromatograph of methanol and n-hexane in workplace air. Methods Methanol was separated by water and n-hexane and analyzed by carbon disulfide. The methanol was heated at constant temperature by GDX-102 glass column and DB-5 capillary column and detected by FID. Results The calibration curves of methanol and n-hexane showed good linearity in the range of 15.788 5μg / ml and 65.5705μg / ml ~ 524.564μg / ml, respectively. The correlation coefficients r were 0.9999 and 0.9997, respectively. The limits of detection were 2.0μg / ml and 0.15μg / ml, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the detection of methanol and n-hexane in the air of the workplace.
