近些年,随着我国经济的飞速发展、科技水平的快速提升,国内工程建设项目的筹建数量、施工规模不断加大,由此不仅有效推动了施工企业的进步与发展,同时也带来了新的挑战与风险。对于具体建设项目的生产、经营,施工企业所面临的财务风险存在于各个阶段、环节,倘若没能及时采取有效控制、防范、治理,必将造成巨大的经济损失,不利于企业的长期发展。本文就施工企业面临的财务风险及防范对策作简要的分析、探讨。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in China and the rapid advancement of science and technology, the number of domestic construction projects and the construction scale have been constantly increasing. This has not only effectively promoted the progress and development of construction enterprises, but also brought about New challenges and risks. The financial risks faced by the production, operation and construction enterprises of specific construction projects exist at various stages and links. If they fail to take effective control, prevention and control in a timely manner, they will surely cause huge economic losses and will be detrimental to the long-term development of the enterprises. This article briefly analyzes and probes into the financial risks faced by construction enterprises and their countermeasures.
