本文选择男性泌尿系结石患者26例,分为上尿路结石组和下尿路结石组,按临床常用碎石能量行体外冲击波碎石术,分别在治疗前、治疗后即刻及治疗后一周采集血液标本,用放射免疫法检测睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、间质细胞刺激素(ICSH)。结果表明,上尿路结石组和下尿路结石组体外冲击波碎石前、后、一周和两组间碎石后T、FSH、ICSH值比较均无统计学显著差异。可见体外冲击波碎石过程中,第二焦点以外的散射波不足以导致睾九内分泌功能的变化,不改变下丘-垂体-性腺轴的调节状态。
