目的描了解某职业技术学院大、中专生的营养知识、态度、饮食行为的现状,为采取有效的营养教育提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法选取该职业技术学院大专生和中专生共807名作为研究对象,采用自行设计的营养知识、态度、行为的调查问卷进行调查。结果 (1)营养知识平均得分为9.73±3.46分。大专生比中专生得分高,女生比男生得分高,中专生随着年级的增高,营养知识得分反而降低。(2)营养态度平均得分为(21.88±4.88分)。大专生得分高于中专生,中专生随着年级的增高,营养态度得分降低。(3)饮食行为各组得分均无统计学意义。结论该院学生的营养知识普遍匮乏,饮食行为不良,但是大多数学生具有良好的营养态度,愿意改变不合理的饮食行为。中专生的营养知识、营养态度随着年级的增高反而降低,体现出营养教育缺乏持久性。
Objective To understand the nutrition knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of college students and technical secondary school students in a vocational and technical college so as to provide basis for effective nutrition education. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select a total of 807 majors and secondary school students in the vocational and technical college as research subjects. The questionnaires were used to investigate nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior. Results (1) The average score of nutrition knowledge was 9.73 ± 3.46 points. College students score higher than secondary school students, girls scored higher than boys, with secondary school students increased grade, nutritional knowledge scores instead lower. (2) The mean score of nutritional attitude was (21.88 ± 4.88). College students score higher than secondary school students, secondary school students with grade increases, nutrition attitude scores lower. (3) diet behavior scores in each group were not statistically significant. Conclusions There is a general lack of nutritional knowledge among students in this hospital and poor eating behavior. However, most of the students have a good nutritional attitude and are willing to change unreasonable dietary behaviors. The nutritional knowledge and nutritional attitude of secondary school students decreased with the increase of grade, which reflected the lack of persistence in nutrition education.
