目的:探讨妊娠期高血压患者血浆BNP水平与心脏功能的关系。方法:将妊娠期高血压患者67例为观察组,同期26例正常晚期妊娠妇女为对照组,两组均采集空腹血用双抗夹心免疫荧光法检测血浆BNP水平;将观察组患者按纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为A、B、C、D 4组,比较不同心功能水平的BNP浓度。结果:观察组患者血浆BNP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中A组BNP值为(189.52±52.76)pg/ml,B组为(314.25±76.83)pg/ml,C组为(621.47±186.39)pg/ml,D组为(1073.21±233.18)pg/ml,随着心功能不全严重程度加重血BNP浓度增高,各组间BNP值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压患者血浆BNP水平与心衰严重程度呈正相关,可作为评估子痫、子痫前期病情及心功能的指标,值得在临床普遍推广。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between plasma BNP levels and cardiac function in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods: 67 cases of hypertensive patients during pregnancy as observation group, the same period 26 cases of normal late pregnancy women as control group, both fasting blood samples were collected to detect plasma BNP levels by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; the observation group patients according to New York Heart The NYHA classification of cardiac function was divided into groups A, B, C and D 4 to compare BNP concentrations at different cardiac function levels. Results: Plasma BNP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The BNP value in the observation group was (189.52 ± 52.76) pg / ml in the observation group and (314.25 ± 76.83) in the B group (621.47 ± 186.39) pg / ml in group C and (1073.21 ± 233.18) pg / ml in group D. With the severity of cardiac insufficiency aggravating the concentration of blood BNP, the differences of BNP between the groups were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The plasma BNP level in patients with gestational hypertension is positively correlated with the severity of heart failure, which can be used as an index to evaluate the condition of eclampsia, preeclampsia and cardiac function. It is worth widely popularized in clinic.
