伞齿轮精密成形模具变形的数值模拟分析

精密成形时模具变形是影响锻件尺寸精度的重要因素。本文采用数值模拟的方法 ,以伞齿轮精密成形工艺为对象 ,研究了在预应力状态和工作状态两种不同情况下模具变形对齿轮齿面精密的影响 ,获得了定量分析的结果。

Mold deformation during precision forming is an important factor affecting the dimensional accuracy of forgings. In this paper, the precision of bevel gear forming process is studied by numerical simulation. The effect of mold deformation on the gear tooth surface under two different prestressed and working conditions is studied. The quantitative analysis results are obtained.
