硝硫氰胺为一新型抗血吸虫药,本品难溶于水,至今未找到适宜本品供注射用的溶媒,故在药理学研究中,受到一定限制。最近,上海医药工业研究所试制出供耕牛用静脉注射的混悬剂,其中90%硝硫氰胺粒径在2μ以下,最大不超过3μ。虽然硝硫氰胺的药代动力学已有报告,但为口服,且实验家兔感染有血吸虫病,在正常兔体内的药代动力学尚未见报道。为此,本文采用上述制剂进行静脉注射,观察硝硫氰胺的药代动力学和毒性。
Nitrocyanatherapy is a new anti-schistosome drug, the product is hard to dissolve in water, so far no suitable solvent for injection has been found. Therefore, in pharmacological research, it is limited. Recently, the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry trial production of cattle for intravenous injection suspension, of which 90% of the nitrocellulose particles below 2μ, the maximum does not exceed 3μ. Although the pharmacokinetics of nitrosamine has been reported, but oral administration, and the experimental rabbit infected with schistosomiasis, pharmacokinetics in normal rabbits have not been reported. To this end, this article intravenous injection of the above preparations to observe the nitrocytokine pharmacokinetics and toxicity.
