《数学分层测试卡》作为北京师范大学教育学部教授梁威主持的全国及北京市“八五”、“九五”、“十五”教育科学规划重点课题研究的成果,自1994年诞生以来,至今已有20年,以《数学分层测试卡》为载体的实验研究目前已在全国18个省(直辖市、自治区)的数千所实验学校展开,并取得了很好的实验效果和社会影响。2014年8月16日,由北京师范大学首都基础教育研究院主办的“《数学分层测试卡》实验研究20年研讨会”在北京师范大学英东学术会堂二层演讲厅隆重召
