前言数字式气动液位计是开口(常压)容器中液位的测量显示仪表,通过液位测量可折算出液体的体积和重量,所以该液位计也是准确测定液体储量的一种仪器。随着石油化学工业的发展,对本质防爆的液位测量显示仪器要求越来越迫切。到目前为止我们还没有见到关于成功的研制这种仪表的报告。根据一些石油化工厂的要求,我们从1972年初开始研制数字式气动液位计,同年年底进行了现场使用试验。
Introduction Digital pneumatic level gauge is open (atmospheric) container level measurement display instrument, through the liquid level measurement can be converted to the liquid volume and weight, so the level gauge is also an accurate measure of liquid reserves of an instrument. With the development of the petrochemical industry, the measurement of the level of the inherent explosion proof equipment has become more and more urgent. So far we have not seen a report on the successful development of this instrument. According to the requirements of some petrochemical plants, we started to develop digital pneumatic level gauges from the beginning of 1972 and carried out on-site use tests at the end of the same year.
