应用显示乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的组织化学方法观察华支睾吸虫神经系统在终宿主体内的发育过程。结果表明,后尾蚴尚无神经系统的基本雏型。第3天幼虫隐约出现部分后腹神经干。第5天幼虫中枢神经节和由此伸出的部分后腹神经干已经形成。第7天幼虫后腹神经干明显增粗,并延至体后1/7处,从中枢神经节还发出另外2对神经干,一对是后侧神经干,另一对是后背神经干,这三对向后的纵行神经干之间开始有许多纤细的横向神经连接。第9天幼虫开始向前发出4对神经干,后腹神经干伸延至虫体末端。第11天后,神经联系愈加丰富,第19—21日神经系统发育完善。生殖器官内亦存在AchE。
Histochemistry of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) was used to observe the development of the CNS in the final host. The results show that there is no neural cercaria larvae of the basic embryonic form. Day 3 larvae vague appearance of part of the posterior abdomen nerve trunk. The 5th day larval central ganglia and the part of the posterior ventral nerve stem protruding therefrom have been formed. On the 7th day, the larval abdomen nerve trunk of the larva was significantly thicker and was prolonged to 1/7 of the body. Two other pairs of trunk were also issued from the central nervous system. One pair was the posterior trunk and the other was the posterior trunk. There are many slender transverse nerve connections between these three pairs of backwards longitudinal nerves. On the 9th day, the larvae started to send 4 pairs of neural stems forward, and the posterior abdominal nerve stem extended to the end of the parasites. After the 11th day, the nerve connection is more enriched, and the nervous system developed well on the 19th-21st day. AchE also exists in the genital organs.
