本文对30例脑血栓患者红细胞膜(RBCm)及血浆总胆固醇(T-ch)、载脂蛋白(APO)A1、B100进行了测试分析,并同55名健康人作对照比较,结果显示:脑血栓患者RBCm上T-ch、APOA1含量明显高于健康组(P<0.01),APOB100的含量明显低于健康人(P<0.05);血浆中APOA1明显低于健康组(P<0.01),APOB100、T-ch明显高于健康组(P<0.01)。直线相关分析显示RBCm脂质成份改变与血浆脂蛋白水平有明显相关性。结果表明脑血栓患者脂质代谢紊乱与RBCm脂质成分改变密切相关。
In this paper, 30 cases of cerebral thrombosis in patients with erythrocyte membrane (RBCm) and total cholesterol (T-ch), apolipoprotein (APO) A1, B100 were tested and compared with 55 healthy people, the results showed that: The levels of T-ch and APOA1 on RBCm in thrombus were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.01), and the content of APOB100 in RBCm was significantly lower than that in healthy people (P <0.05). The level of APOA1 in plasma was significantly lower than that in healthy group (P < 0.01), APOB100, T-ch was significantly higher than the healthy group (P <0.01). Linear correlation analysis showed that RBCm lipid composition changes and plasma lipoprotein levels have a significant correlation. The results show that lipid disorders in patients with cerebral thrombosis and RBCm lipid composition is closely related.
