【目的】研究干地黄胃粘膜快速保护作用及机制。【方法】在给无水乙醇之前或之后立即给予干地黄煎剂或提取物A ,观察其保护胃粘膜免受损伤的作用 ,并用不同浓度辣椒辣素预处理以分析其保护机制。【结果】①胃饲 6g·kg-1干地黄煎剂或提取物A均能显著保护胃粘膜免受随后给予无水乙醇 2mL所致的损伤 ;②先给予无水乙醇 ,后胃饲干地黄煎剂或提取物A则无保护作用 ;③先给予 φ =70 %乙醇 2mL ,后给予干地黄煎剂 6g·kg-1,保护效应又再出现 ;④先胃饲无水乙醇 ,后经十二指肠注射 12 g·kg-1提取物A亦能显著减轻胃粘膜损伤 ;⑤分别用 10 0 g·L-1、40 0 g·L-1和 80 0 g·L-1的辣椒煎剂预处理大鼠 ,提取物A的胃粘膜保护作用随着辣椒辣素给药剂量的增大明显减弱直至消失。【结论】干地黄对胃粘膜有快速保护作用 ,其机制可能与胃粘膜内辣椒辣素敏感神经元传入冲动增多有关。
【Objective】 To study the rapid protection and mechanism of dry yellow gastric mucosa. [Methods] The dried yellow decoction or extract A was administered immediately before or after absolute ethanol, and its protective effect on gastric mucosa was observed. Pretreatment with different concentrations of capsaicin was used to analyze its protective mechanism. 【Results】1Stomach feeding 6g·kg-1 Dry yellow decoction or extract A can significantly protect the gastric mucosa from the injury caused by the subsequent administration of absolute ethanol 2mL; 2 first give anhydrous ethanol, and then after the stomach fed dry yellow Decoction or extract A has no protective effect; 3 first give φ = 70% ethanol 2mL, then give dry yellow decoction 6g · kg-1, the protective effect reappears; 4 first stomach anhydrous ethanol, after ten Injecting 12 g·kg-1 of extract A into the duodenum could also significantly reduce the gastric mucosal injury; 5 Chives fried with 10 0 g·L-1, 40 0 g·L-1 and 80 0 g·L-1, respectively. In rats pretreated with the agent, the gastric mucosal protective effect of extract A weakened significantly and disappeared as the dose of capsaicin was increased. [Conclusion] Radix Rehmanniae has a rapid protective effect on gastric mucosa, and its mechanism may be related to the increase of afferent impulses of capsaicin-sensitive neurons in the gastric mucosa.
