1982年起,人们采用一种新的电学方法,即经导管心腔内电击术,治疗某些难治性心律失常。该法适用于控制药物治疗无效的室上性心动过速、与预激综合征旁道有关的心动过速及室性心动过速。本文试述经导管心腔内电击术的生物物理影响及临床应用原理,及其方法学、临床应用及疗效评价。
Since 1982, a new electrical method has been adopted, namely transcatheter intracardiac electrosurgery to treat some refractory arrhythmias. The law applies to the control of drug treatment ineffective supraventricular tachycardia, and pre-excitation syndrome bypass associated tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia. This article describes the biophysical impact of transcatheter intracardiac electrosurgery and clinical application of principles, and its methodology, clinical application and efficacy evaluation.
