早期复极综合征(ERS)在临床上较为常见,且有一部份病人可合并器质性心脏病,临床上较容易误诊。现将我院自2000年1月至2004年12月所诊治的22例早期复极综合征病人的临床资料分析如下： 1 临床资料我们根据患者的心电图表现确诊为此病。心电图的诊断标准为：(1)J 点抬高；(2)ST 段凹面向上抬高；(3)R 波降支常有切迹或粗钝；(4)ST 段抬高
