国有企业是一个特殊且地位重要的经济组织,集具政治、经济、社会责任三位一体的影响力。经济全球化,市场经济体制下,国有企业目标之一也是追求企业经济效益,这需要在各个生产系统、管理业务和战略管理发挥企业女职工“半边天”的经济主体作用,关键就在于推进女职工素质提升工程。本文从精益化管理方向,为企业打造一支技术过硬,综合素质高的女工队伍,推进国企女职工素质提升工程,为国企实现政治、经济、社会责任价值观与女职工实现个人价值双赢局面。
State-owned enterprises are a special and important economic organization that brings together the influence of the political, economic and social responsibilities. Under the economic globalization and the market economy system, one of the goals of state-owned enterprises is also the pursuit of the economic benefits of enterprises. This needs to give full play to the economic role of women workers and workers in various production systems, management businesses and strategic management. The key is to promote Female staff quality improvement project.
