男性性功能障碍发病率一直很高,以前就诊率低,近几年就诊率呈直线上升。在我们接诊的患者中其发病原因变化也很大。前些年就诊的男性性功能障碍者以性无知多见,而近年来则以女性配偶的性觉醒、对性高潮感受的期望值太高,男性在性活动中难以使女性达到满意为原始因素。这些患者的分布以配偶双方均有一定文化者多见。这是一种新动向,应该引起人们广泛的重视。
