在钢铁气体分析中,取样是一首要环节。目前国内从钢水中取氢氧试样时,大多数采用间接取样法,如用样勺舀取钢水,然后制成试样;此外,尚有石英管抽取、真空取样管和取样枪等。 为适应炼钢技术发展需要,不同形式的炉外精炼装置和真空浇注已在国内钢铁、机械生产部门中得到了广泛应用。间接取样法已不能满足生产的快速要求。为此我们研制了直接取样器,如在取真空浇注后的氢样时,只须把取样器直接插在冒口钢液中,即可得到试样。这种直接取样器已通过鉴定并投入使用。
In steel gas analysis, sampling is an important part. At present, when taking samples of hydrogen and oxygen from molten steel, most adopt the indirect sampling method, such as using a sample spoon to scoop molten steel and then make a sample; in addition, there are quartz tube extraction, vacuum sampling tube and sampling gun. In order to meet the needs of the development of steelmaking technology, different forms of furnace refining equipment and vacuum casting have been widely used in domestic steel and machinery production departments. Indirect sampling method has been unable to meet the rapid production requirements. To this end, we have developed a direct sampler, such as vacuum samples taken after the hydrogen sample, just put the sampler directly into the riser liquid, you can get the sample. This direct sampler has been identified and put into use.
