目的 通过调查、了解福州新店镇肺吸虫病疫区病原虫种和第一、二中间宿主 (螺、蟹 )的种类和感染率。方法 以病人为线索 ,捕捉螺蟹作常规法肺吸虫尾蚴和囊蚴检查并考察疫区。结果 在象山村发现为斯氏狸殖与泡囊狸殖疫区 ,该村靠近福州市中心 ,距福州火车站仅 5 3km。有三种螺蛳 ,即新店拟钉螺新种 ,建瓯洱海螺和放逸短沟蜷 ,前两种螺发现阳性 ,阳性率分别为 3 75 % (12 / 32 0 )和 6 5 7% (2 3/ 35 0 ) ;有 3种蟹 ,即福建马来溪蟹、角肢南海溪蟹和台湾南海溪蟹 ,感染有斯氏狸殖吸虫和泡囊狸殖吸虫囊蚴 ,感染率达 6 1 91% (78/ 12 6 ) ,每只阳性蟹和每 g蟹组织携带囊蚴数分别为 5 89个和 1 5 3个。结论 福州新店镇为福建省一个新的近城市低海拔斯氏狸殖吸虫和泡囊狸殖吸虫混合感染的严重疫源地。斯氏狸殖吸虫为主要病原虫种 ,新店拟钉螺新种和福建马来溪蟹分别为主要第一、二中间宿主。
Objective To understand the species and infection rate of the pathogenic parasite and the first and second intermediate hosts (snail and crab) in the endemic area of Xindianzhen in Fuzhou through investigation. Methods Taking the patient as a clue, snail crabs were caught for the routine examination of paragonimiasis and metacercariae and the infected area was investigated. The result was found in Xiangshan Village as a breeding ground for Strix civet and bursal. The village was close to the center of Fuzhou and only 53 km from Fuzhou Railway Station. There were three kinds of snails, namely, new species of new snails, newly found snails of Conch and short-groove ditches, the first two kinds of snails were found positive, the positive rates were 3 75% (12/32 0) and 65 7% (2 3 / 35 0). There were three kinds of crabs, namely, Fujian Malay Creek crabs, South China Sea crabs of angle limbs and South China Sea crabs of Taiwan, infected with Schistosoma penguingensis and metacercariae, % (78/126). The numbers of larvae carried by each positive crab and each crab were 5 89 and 1 53, respectively. Conclusions Xindian Town, Fuzhou is a serious foci of mixed infection of the genus Clostridiumslus and Paragonimus in a new near-city in Fujian Province. Trichogramma protozoa as the main pathogen species, the new shop for new snail spines and Fujian Malay crab were the main first and second intermediate host.
