Objective To evaluate the characteristics of TCM syndromes of mixed hyperlipidemia by using the multi-dimensional hierarchical clustering algorithm of implicit structure model. Methods According to the clinical experience of clinical experts, the items of dyslipidemia were screened, and the hidden structure of 634 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia was constructed by using the hidden structure model. The hidden symptoms, conditional probability, mutual information and cumulative information coverage were analyzed. Syndrome quantification data to interpret the main characteristics of syndromes of mixed hyperlipidemia by manual interpretation. Results A total of 41 symptoms as a significant variable to construct 634 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia hidden structure model. 634 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia, including two hidden class, of which Y0 = S0 probability value P = 0.41, Y0 = S1 probability value P = 0.59, a comprehensive determination of 634 cases of mixed hyperlipidemia in the performance of people, Severe symptoms / syndromes. The top three symptoms associated with Y0 were upset (0.19), impatience (0.12), and backache (0.12) in turn. Syndromes of mixed hyperlipidemia elements to qi, qi stagnation, hot, yin-based, of which the most important Yin, syndrome elements target heart, liver and kidney-based. Conclusions The syndrome elements of mixed hyperlipidemia are mainly qi deficiency, qi stagnation, fiery fever and yin deficiency. The implicit structure model is used to evaluate the characteristics of syndrome elements of mixed hyperlipidemia. The results are in line with the traditional Chinese theory of dyslipidemia Understand basically the same.
