本文分析了目前世界煤炭市场的供求关系及其发展趋势，并对我国煤炭市场几年来持续需求不旺的原因进行了深入分析，同时指出了我国煤炭行业在国际竞争力方面与世界主要产煤国家之间的的主要差距；在此基础上剖析了入世将对煤炭行业带来的有限机遇以及严峻挑战，并提出了若干应对措施。
This article analyzes the current supply and demand relationship and its development trend in the world coal market, and analyzes in depth the reasons why China’s coal market has not been continuously prosperous for several years. It also points out that China’s coal industry is in line with the world’s major coal-producing countries in terms of international competitiveness. The main gap between them is based on the analysis of the limited opportunities and severe challenges that the accession to the WTO will bring to the coal industry, and proposes several countermeasures.
