如何培养学生的学习兴趣,营造专业学习气氛,并在学习过程中不断端正职业思想,使之成为社会合格的技术人员及一线的工作者,是中等职校专业教师一个较棘手而又必须解决的问题。可以通过明确每一节专业课的具体目的和意义、采取多种教学手段、开展专业比赛,以及“带出去”与“请进来”等方法来培养和激发学生的学习兴趣。
How to cultivate students’ interest in learning and create a professional learning atmosphere, and constantly correct their professional thinking in the process of learning so that they become socially qualified technical personnel and front-line workers is a more difficult and must-be-solved problem for secondary vocational school teachers problem. By means of clarifying the specific purpose and significance of specialized courses in each section, a variety of teaching methods, professional competitions, and ways of “bringing out” and “inviting in” can be adopted to cultivate and stimulate students’ interest in learning.
