目的探讨放射性货物运输条件鉴定中如何正确适用有关标准及其条款。方法解析1份稀土精矿放射性货物运输条件的鉴定报告,对得出的鉴定结论及鉴定过程中所依据的标准及条款适用进行分析对比。结果当该样品稀土精矿的货物总质量超过158.2 g时即属于放射性物质,不能按照普通货物的条件办理铁路运输。结论对标准及其条款适用不恰当、不准确将导致完全相反的结果判定,从而形成错误的鉴定结果。
Objective To explore how to correctly apply the relevant standards and their clauses in the identification of the transport conditions of radioactive goods. Methods An analytical report on the identification of 1 radioactive cargo of rare earth concentrates was analyzed and analyzed. The conclusions of the appraisal and the criteria and terms applicable to the appraisal process were analyzed and compared. As a result, when the total mass of the rare earth concentrate in the sample exceeds 158.2 g, it belongs to the radioactive material and can not be handled in accordance with the general cargo conditions. Conclusion The application of the standard and its provisions is not appropriate, inaccurate will lead to the opposite result of the decision, resulting in the wrong identification results.
