目的利用~1H-NMR为基础的代谢组学研究牛黄解毒片中人工牛黄、石膏、冰片3味中药对雄黄的配伍减毒作用。方法 42只大鼠随机分成6组:A组(对照组)、B组(雄黄组)、C组(牛黄解毒片组)、D组(牛黄解毒片去人工牛黄组)、E组(牛黄解毒片去石膏组)、F组(牛黄解毒片去冰片组)。对各组大鼠尿液及血清样品~1H-NMR谱图进行模式识别分析。结果雄黄组大鼠样品代谢轮廓和对照组差异明显,其他各组大鼠代谢轮廓同对照组相似,向对照组回归。结论牛黄解毒片中人工牛黄、石膏、冰片3味中药对雄黄配伍减毒作用不明显。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the compatibility and toxicity of real Chinese bezoar, gypsum and borneol in realgar by using 1H-NMR-based metabolomics. Methods Forty-two rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: group A (control group), group B (real yellow group), group C (group Niuhuangjiedu), group D (group Niuhuangjiedu to artificial bezoar), group E Gypsum group), F group (Niuhuangjiedu tablets to borneol group). 1H-NMR spectra of urine and serum samples from each group were analyzed by pattern recognition. Results The profile of metabolites in the realgar group was significantly different from that in the control group. The metabolic profiles in the other groups were similar to those in the control group, and returned to the control group. Conclusion Bezoar detoxification tablets artificial bezoar, gypsum, borneol 3 flavors of Chinese medicine compatibility of realgar attenuated less obvious.
