我們在提純土法制得的工业硫酸的生产过程中,发現了操作技术上的一些問題,这些問題在工作过程中已逐步解決,現加以小結分述如下。我們是利用蒸餾法来提純的。为了使土法制得的工业硫酸中所含的亚硫酸、硫代硫酸等杂貭全部氧化成硫酸,加入了0.5%重鉻酸鉀及0.7%高錳酸鉀,在蒸餾过程中第一个发現的問題就是加热的方法。一、加热的方法:开始,我們用一万毫升烧瓶直接加热,可是这样不仅温度难以控制,而且容易发生爆破事故,經过多次試驗,我們改用了老虎灶(开水炉)所用之鉄鍋,在鉄鍋中加入黄砂,再把烧瓶埋在其中(卽砂浴);有如下几个优点:
