资金是企业生产、经营、发展的动力,在金融危机阴霾的笼罩下,国内资本市场持续处于不稳定状态,对于电网发展任务繁重、自有资金短缺的供电企业无疑是雪上加霜。本文通过加强供电企业资金软实力管理来帮助硬实力的提升及完善,制定科学的资金备付额度模型提升资金效益的同时确保企业资金链的健康运行,从而保障企业的持续发展,促进我国经济发展的稳步提升。
Funding is the driving force behind the production, operation and development of enterprises. Under the shadow of the financial crisis, the domestic capital market has been in an unstable state for a long time. It is undoubted that the power supply enterprises with heavy task of grid development and shortage of their own funds are even worse. This paper helps to improve and perfect the hard power by strengthening the management of the fund’s soft power in the power supply enterprise, formulates a scientific reserve fund model to improve the capital efficiency while ensuring the healthy operation of the enterprise’s capital chain, so as to guarantee the sustainable development of the enterprise and promote the economic development of our country Steady improvement.
