本文报告用中药补阳还五汤加味,加静滴脉栓通、胞二磷胆碱的中西医结合方法治疗因脑梗塞住院的48例患者,取得满意疗效,现小结如下。 临床资料:中西医结合组48例,男36例,女12例,年龄36～80岁,平均年龄64.3岁,其中诊断脑血栓形成44例,脑栓塞4例,西医组17例,男12例,女5例,年龄52～79岁,平均年龄65.5岁,其中脑血栓形成13例,脑栓塞4例。 治疗方法:中西医结合组,以补阳还五汤为基础方药(北芪120g,川芎10g,当归10g,地龙20g,桃仁10g,赤芍10g,川红花5g),语言不利者加石菖蒲10g,
