目的建立三带喙库蚊实验室种群。方法采用人工控制温湿度和光照、模拟自然环境的方法,幼虫词料为羊肝馒头粉,成蚊供血动物为小白鼠。结果在室温26~27℃,相对湿度70~80%及人工光照13小时的条件下养殖,成蚊逐渐适应实验室条件,经过7代的繁殖,平均孵化率和化蛹率依次为79.0%和69.08%。结论三带喙库蚊繁殖关键在于环境模拟和饲养条件的稳定,以提高成活率,所获数据对进一步了解该蚊虫的生长繁殖特性及防治提供了依据。
Objective To establish a laboratory population of Culex tritaeniorhynchus. Methods Artificial control of temperature and humidity and light, the natural environment simulation method, the larvae of sheep liver steamed bread powder, mosquito feeding animals for the mice. The results showed that adult mosquitoes were adapted to laboratory conditions at 26-27 ℃, relative humidity 70-80% and artificial light for 13 hours. After 7 generations of breeding, the average hatching rate and pupation rate were 79.0% and 69.08%. Conclusion The key to the reproduction of Culex tritaeniorhynchus is to simulate the environment and stabilize the feeding conditions so as to improve the survival rate. The data obtained provide the basis for further understanding of the growth and reproduction of the mosquito and its control.
